This beach house accommodates 14 guests, offering both a place to call home and pristine beaches about a 2-minute walk away. Our property comes with a “street legal” 2022 6-passenger Golf Cart!!

The living room includes plush furniture and a flat-screen cable TV. For a little fresh air, there is plenty of outdoor seating and porches with a natural gas grill ready for barbecuing!

THE LOCATION
Destin is one of south Okaloosa County's distinct beach neighborhoods known for turquoise ocean water, soft white sand beaches, and luxury beach houses such as this one!
Beyond the beach, there is upscale dining, shopping, art galleries and so much more to discover. Take the kids out for ice cream at Cups and Cones just .2 miles away, for a romantic dinner stop by Beach Walk Café, just a 2-minute car ride away, or for a great seafood dinner overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, head over to the Back Porch Restaurant, just a 7-minute car ride away.

Summary: We had a group of 8 adults and kids across two families stay here for spring break. The house pool house has way more than enough space to accommodate large groups with large bedrooms, separate bathrooms, etc. Overall, we had a wonderful time, even if Destin’s weather was a little cloudier and wetter than we would have liked. Positive standouts:Communication with host: friendly, prompt.Location: quiet street a very short walk to the ocean, close to a playground, close to hitting main highway for groceries, carryout, etc. but not so close you were even aware of traffic.Golf cart: was great for 6 people puttering around scenic ocean drive!Pool: decent size, clean, very warm with heater running. We had a couple times in which heater had turned itself off or pool cleaner had turned it down, but host was extremely responsive and quick to fix.Grill: nice, large, clean grill hooked right up to gas line so you didn't have to worry about propane running out. Could use improvement:-Living room couches were pretty uncomfortable. Whatever is going on with the springs was giving everyone lower back pain sitting on them.-Less basic needs amenities were provided than any previous VRBO we've stayed in (TP, paper towel, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent...)-Kitchen needs storage items like gladware or tupperware or something with lids. We couldn't find any matching containers/lids and there were no ziplocs, aluminum foil, saran, etc.You won't regret staying here!
